[mrtg] Latency + Availability

[Archer, Kyle]

	I was wondering what people are doing to measure latency between
routers and the availability of a circuit?  Ping-Probe is ok, but is based on
pings from the monitoring station using a protocol that is given a very low
priority.  Any suggestions / configs / information would be great.
