[mrtg] MRTG Installation Question

To All:
    I am trying to configure MRTG.. I have installed it using ports from
FreeBSD 3.3. Stable.
I keep getting this error message
SNMP Error:
no response received
SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "cxpress-gw.cxpress.net" [38.149.124.1].161

                  community: "public"
                 request ID: 38570515
                PDU bufsize: 8000 bytes
                    timeout: 2s
                    retries: 5
                    backoff: 1)
SNMPGET Problem for sysDescr sysContact sysName sysLocation ifNumber
sysObjectID
 on public at cxpress-gw.cxpress.net

I have this enabled in my router configuration.  Is there anything I
need to change?
access-list 104 permit udp 136.161.0.0 0.0.255.255 any eq snmp
access-list 104 permit udp 38.8.0.0 0.0.255.255 any eq snmp
access-list 104 permit udp 38.0.0.0 0.255.255.255 any eq snmp
snmp-server community af0238be67 RO
snmp-server community (public) RO
snmp-server trap-authentication


Any help would be appriciated.
