[mrtg] 2 PROBLEMS & 3 QUESTIONS ! ( MRTG in WindowsNT 4.0 SP5 )

Hi list !
I have 2 questions, 
1- I need to install the schedule service in Windows NT. I don't have
service in my computer.
them, 
2- I installed the MRTG Service too, and now, What I need to do?.
3- What is better option ?
Some body may help me?.
