[mrtg] How can I know about the OID for CISCO 2509 Asyhc modem stats

Dear

I would like to monitor the RAS poll of CISCO 2509 Async modem stats, Is 
there any one how to do this ?

Remark : I did try

#Target[ModemHK]: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0:xxx at yyy

#Target[ModemHK]: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.16.18&1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.16.1
8:xxx at yyy

They do not work either
