[mrtg] again CPU utilization Question

Hi 

I would like to monitor the information about CPU utilization and memory size
of my switch and routers. 
We have 450 Bay Stack, Accelar 1150, 1200 Nortel devices  and I am wondering
wheather I need any private MIB or MRTG can do it for me. 
Any idea what would be the symbolical SNMP variable names for CPU utilization
and memory size.
