[mrtg] MRTG and Load Balancers

Hi All,

I've put together a resource for configuring MRTG to monitor the
performance and statistics on a few of the Layer 4/5 load balancers out
there on the market.   The load balancers that I have configs for are:

Alteon
ArrowPoint
F5 (BIG/ip)
