[mrtg] Problems with accuracy

I have recently installed MRTG and implemented it. In the last week or so, 
I have reinstalled and re configured each file in hopes to correct this 
problem that I am having with graphical accuracy.  I have noticed that I 
can have 600K running through by T1 to the net and I look at the graph and 
it shows that it is pegged out.  Can anyone tell me what I am going wrong.
