I think this has to do with the fact that the monthly graph reports in 2
hour averages. Aslo, I think that Max may really mean maxaverage.
Therefore, it is possible for there to be a Max on the daily graph that was
too short lived to raise the Max on the monthly graph's 2 hour average.

Why is it the our daily graphs are consistently reporting a usage of around
180Kb but when the data is reported on the monthly graph the maximum is
never above 87Kb?
There is a definite difference in the max between these two graphs. Why is
that?
