[mrtg] Large Amounts of Data and Counter Roll Overs

Is there a patch to mrtg to accomodate larger interfaces and the dropout
problems that occur when the counters rollover?
I just started polling a GigEther connection and it looks like there are 5
min outages every hour or so.
