[mrtg] Cisco 3500XL cfgmaker problem

I have a Catalyst 3500XL and when I run cfgmaker, the file created has
every interface commented out because "has an unrealistic speed
setting." Why is this commented out by default and how do I keep
cfgmaker from doing this?

p.s. I didnt look in the readme files cause i didnt have time. Just need
a simple question answered.
