Hi,
I just want to monitor traffic on one particular port on my router, and from
looking at the mrtg mailing list archive, i gathered that i could do this by
specifying the Target with "/" and "ip_that_is_on_that_port" in mrtg.cfg.
For an example:
Target[10.1.130.1]: /10.1.120.10:public at 10.1.130.1
but when i ran ./mrtg mrtg.cfg it gives me this error message:
SNMP Error:
no response received
SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "10.1.130.1" [10.1.130.1].161
community: "public"
request ID: 1932802528
PDU bufsize: 8000 bytes
timeout: 2s
retries: 5
backoff: 1)
SNMPGET Problem for ipAdEntIfIndex.10.1.120.10 on public at 10.1.130.1
I'm new with mrtg, so chances of me missing something in the config is
pretty great :) Could anyone help me out? Thank you.
