If you have your PVC's defined on sub-interfaces then all you have to do is
monitor those sub-interfaces with MRTG. But I guess it depends on how you
have your PVC's defined.

Subject: [mrtg] Monitoring PVC's on Cisco 3600

Now that I the MRTG project working I was asked if we could watch our PVC's
separately. I think this would be possible if Cisco will send SNMP for the
subsections of the T1. Does anyone know what version of IOS can do this and
what one would have to do to the SNMP config to get it to do so?
