Ok... So I had the following line in my mrtg.cfg
LoadMIBs : /usr/share/snmp/mibs/HOST-RESOURCES-MIB.txt

And I got the following messages now :
cannot encode Object ID .3.1.6.2: first subid too big in Object ID 3.1.6.2
at /usr/local/bin/mrtg//SNMP_util.pm line 958.
SNMPGET: Failed to reach target:
"mailto:host.hrStorage.hrStorageTable.hrStorageEntry.hrStorageUsed.2&host.hr
Storage.hrStorageTable.hrStorageEntry.hrStorageUsed.1:public at ......  tried
multiple times! public at .....
