[mrtg] Error with my mrtg.cfg

I'm trying to monitor ram and swap usage on a Linux box (Red Hat)... But I
get an error...

Could you help me with this error message ?

at /usr/local/bin/mrtg//SNMP_util.pm line 958.
SNMPGET: Failed to reach target:

tried multiple times! public at 212....
