What first comes to mind is your counters are increasing faster than you are
polling them.

e.g.  1st pol counter is at 55555
      2nd pol counter is at 55566 (When in reality it has already rolled
over and instead of 11 it is much larger.)

Like I said in the email to you on your last request increase the frequency
of your polling time.
e.g. instead of 5 minutes try 3 minutes.   If this increases the load too
much on your system, try RRD.

Also it would help in the future if your post some relevant points when you
ask a question: How often polling takes place .....
