Not really.  It is a good start.

The graphs will look slightly different.  This shouldn't be a real problem.

If you want to create graphs looking really different, such as more than
one link per graph, you will have to write your own graphing scripts.

Look at the image gallery for ideas and read the documentation and/or
the tutorial for the necessary knowledge of how to do it.
