Just add the math formula to the end of the OID string. For instance:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.2:community at router * 1.8 + 32

Works on the Cisco's I am pulling temperature off of.
