try 'snmpwalk -V' to get version

with a load of 0.04, are you multiplying?

here is my config:

Target[load1]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.1:public at machine.domain.net * 100
MaxBytes[load1]: 10000000
Title[load1]: machine.domain.net load * 100 (1 minute)
PageTop[load1]: machine.domain.net load * 100 (1 minute)
YLegend[load1]: load
ShortLegend[load1]: load
Legend1[load1]: load
Options[load1]: gauge,nopercent,integer

keep in mind that mrtg needs an integer, hence the *100
