That wouldn't work for you. What I suggest is to do a normal
cfgmaker community at router > mrtg.cfg

and then edit the mrtg.cfg. Add the line "WorkDir:", which is
always needed and then locate the interface you need.
You'll find every interface separated by a

#-----------------------------------------------

line. Delete the rest so that you only have the WorkDir: line and
your interface lines left.

The interface-lines should look similar to this one:

#---------------------------------------------------------------
 Target[xxx]: 2:community at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
 MaxBytes[xxx]: 12500000
 Title[xxx]: hamburg1.iphh.de (): FastEthernet0/1
 PageTop[xxx]: <H1>Traffic Analysis for FastEthernet0/1
  </H1>
  <TABLE>
    <TR><TD>System:</TD><TD>xxx</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD><TD>xxxx</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>Interface:</TD><TD>FastEthernet0/1 (2)</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>IP:</TD><TD> ()</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>Max Speed:</TD>
        <TD>12.5 MBytes/s (ethernetCsmacd)</TD></TR>
   </TABLE>

#---------------------------------------------------------------

That's all. Have fun!

Sascha
