you would find mrtg under the run directory ...

add in the entire path for eg:

/home/mrtg-2.8.11/run/mrtg (path to the config file)

an eg crontab entry would be:

0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 * * * * /home/mrtg-2.8.11/run/mrtg
/home/mrtg-2.8.11/run/nj-gw2.cfg
