[mrtg] Threshold problems

I am trying to setup Thresholds within MRTG/RRDTool and it is saying my
script cannot be executed, yet it has the appropriate permissions and
everything..

ERROR: CFG Error in "threshprogoko[140.239.233.67.8]", line 68: Threshold
program /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/devel/okomailnoc.pl (Serial3/0/2:0) </H1>

the script is a perl script and executes normally.. 

The documentation doesn't really say much about the Thresholds stuff
either. Any help?
