[mrtg] Shorter Interval than 5 minutes

Hi there,

sorry for this question. I think I've read something abaout my question in
this group but can't find it anymore.
Also I can't find anything about it in the manuals.

Here is my Question:

Is it possible to get data via mrtg into rrdtool with an interval shorter
than 5 minutes?
I've tried the following mrtg config to get some values and it works but the
interval I've set wont get hand over to rrdtool (see the output below the
cfg partition)

Any help welcome.
Even if somebody can tell me where I can find it in the manuals.
