First: The log files contain upto 2 years of data.

Than: If you don't use rrdtool as backend ("logformat: rrdtool" or
"UseRRDTool: yes") just increase the witdh of the graphs. MRTG
(without rrdtool) will show one day per pixel in the year graph.

If you use rrdtool it depends on your graph creating frontend. If it's
14all it depends on the version of mrtg + 14all you use. If you have
mrtg-2.9.4 and 14all v1.1p? than get a recent copy of 14all.cgi
(v1.1p15) from its website
       http://www.uni-ulm.de/~rbawidam/mrtg-rrd
and add the line

       graph*yearly: -2y now 86400

to your mrtg config file. If you have mrtg-2.8.12 and 14all v1.0p? get
the config documentation from the 14all website and look for
"UseRRDTool".

If you have a different frontend ask the responsible developer ;-)
