Thank you Berry for responding to the 'x-wish'.

I posted the group of problems back on 11/20 and
 while there were many postings relating to the 2.9.4 
 operation on NT none of them, at least for me, put the  
 resolution it in a nutshell like yours (along with the info
 that you suffered and overcame the problems).
