Question about RRDTool and Windows 2000 Professional.

I tried the steps listed here to install RRDtool on a Win2k Professional workstation, and received the following error:
D:\rrdtool\perl-shared>ppm install rrds.pm
Retrieving package 'rrds.pm'...
Error installing package 'rrds.pm': Could not locate a PPM binary of 'rrds.pm' 
for this platform

I took a look at the README, and it had the same step, but using RRDs.ppd.  I tried this, and it also did not work.  

At this point, I am at a loss as to what to do.  Any help appreciated.

OK, I'll try again...

Here is a document I am working on to help people with
RRDTool/MRTG/14all.cgi integration.  I have seen several posts lately about
14all.cgi, and figured that I would release it now in the hope that it helps
others.  It will soon be on my web (www.wtcs.org/snmp4tpc)

1) MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING PERL 5.6 (www.activestate.com)

2) Download and install RRDTool

3) From the rrdtool/perl-shared directory, run "ppm install rrds.pm" (omit
the " ")
