[mrtg] "no response received" after upgrading

hi

after upgrading from mrtg 2.8.12 to 2.9.6 i get "no response received" on
some targets - the worked 5 mins ago (when i was running the old version)

i use mrtg on win32

here the full errormessage:

when i try to do a "cfgmaker" on this target i also get a "no response
received" - community, ip-addres is ok - i also can telnet the target
device; no accesslists or filters in place...

any idea what the problem could be?

btw: the renaming from .html to .asp now works...with the new version and
the "extension-option" ;-)
