[mrtg] Monitor utilization > 114Mb

Dear All,

as i reading the previous email list

I understand that we need to 
change the counter from 32 bits to 64 bits
else it won't be able to monitor
bandwidth grater than 114 Mb

1.For other SNMP tools ( like HP OpenView Network Node Manager ) we need
to change the MIB file ?
2.what about MRTG ?
3.where should we go and make the change ?

kindly provide a clear instruction in this matter

you help are greatly appreciate
