[mrtg] New User, help

I am just starting to use MRTG. Our network is NT based. Most clients are NT
workstations and use DHCP to get IP addess.

Here are my questions:

1). Can I monitor all clients without manually adding all hosts to config
file?
2). Can I use MRTG to monitor clients only by their name, rather than have
to be by IP?
3). How I can set MRTG up to only monitor certain ports, such as for video
streaming?

Any help is appreciated.
