[mrtg] Date error

Does anyone out there know of a reason why a logfile will 'lose' time? I keep getting the following error

Rateup ERROR: /home/mrtg//rateup found that blah's log file time of 949696636 was greater than now (949696633)
ERROR: Let's not do the time warp, again. Logfile unchanged.

This system clock is fine, none of the other configs give this error, only this single target.
