[mrtg] NT - CPU and Disk Monitoring

Hello,

Could someone please post a sample config file to monitor CPU and Disk utilization for windows NT.  I have install and configured SNMP on the server and have installed the resource kit to include the mibs I need.  I am having problems determining the exact OIDs for the info I desire.
