[mrtg] CPU

Is there a user doc for GETIF? 
I'm using GETIF on a Motorola router, attempting to 
identify the OID for CPU usage. It appears as though
I get every OID except the one I'm looking for. 
Actually its probably there, but without something to reference it could
be any one of 3800 OID's.
