[mrtg] Cisco 3600 Problem

Hello,  
  
Here in my institution, I installed MRTG to monitor the lines and 
the door Ethernet of a router Cisco 3600.   
The one that comes happening it is that the doors serial presents 
illogical values, it saw of rule the graphs they show a straight line in 
several strips of speed. There is not a systematic behavior with 
relationship to the point where the reading leaves of being done 
correctly (that straight line denotes a reading with problems of the 
mib of the router). 
I already tried several alternatives without success, that list is my 
last hope.  
  
Does some exist parameter that I ignore that should be used for 
the model Dust 3600?  
Do exist some parameter that corrects that problem?  
Does anybody in that list can me to help?
