well .. technically you don't HAVE to install IIS.  It just depends on who
all you want to see it.  If you are the only one looking at it, then no, you
don't.

And besides, this wouldn't effect MRTG running.  I'm not slamming just
informing.

  I installed it on NT a few days ago...You need to install the IIS first
off course since it will be your web server , then read the online guide for
MRTG on Windows NT....
