[mrtg] rrdtool

I am trying to use 14all so I tried to install rrdtool and I think I did it correct but
I can't find the log2rrd file.  I downloaded 3 different versions for NT and unzipped
them and there is no contib directory.  Any help is appreciated and also if there
is a better description on how to get 14all working on the web somewhere please
let me know.  Thanks...
