[mrtg] updated 14all

There is a new version (1.0p7) of 14all on its web site

       http://www.uni-ulm.de/rbawidam/mrtg-rrd/

- It corrects a problem with legends containing a %
- I rearranged the legends so they should fit better on graphs with the
  default size (400x100).

Because I'm very busy the next month so there wont be many patches until
April. I wanted to tell about this patch as it might help with some
problems.
