Jessie, 

What's the command line you are using? 

I use something like this:

perl c:\mrtg\run\indexmaker -t Corphub c:\mrtg\cfg\corphub.cfg >
d:\inetpub\wwwroot\corphub\index.html


You need to make sure that the directory you are putting the index into
exists.
