Your target line should be:

Target[ipac.1]: `type c:\monitor\log_PuntoA`

The quote character is the backquote, its below the tilde (~) on an American
keyboard.  I'm not sure where it would be on an Argentinian keyboard.   You
don't have to use multiple slashes.
