[mrtg] SNMP screwed on NT

I am not new to MRTG (going on two years and a dozen Servers) I got a
stubborn one. I have reinstalled PERFMIB a few times trying to get it to
work. I can't query past:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.7

I need CPU and most importantly RAS or Telephony of active users. Bad news
is I can't remove SNMP and reinstall it b/c I can't reinstall SP4 or SP5 or
SP6. reinstalling a SP will screw-up my remote access software from Virtual
Motion (RRAS). Any suggestions?
