If this last meaning is the correct one, I give up.  In both other cases
it may be that the interfaces were renumbered by the device.  You could
try and run cfgmaker again or you could use a tool such as snmpwalk to
view the interfaces. (snmpwalk device string .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2)

Renumbering interfaces could happen on a number of times, for instance
after a reboot.  Check out config.txt and search for the part containing
the line "Sometimes SNMP interface index can change".
