[mrtg] MRTG & Squid

Hi There 
I am using MRTG on WinNT. I am also using "SQUID/2.2 STABLE5" on a Linux Machine.
I am using doc/squid.txt example as my ".cfg" file.
Also i have copied "mib.txt" on my NT machine, from the SQUID.

My "proxy.cfg" file begins like this:
WorkDir: D:\asdf\proxy
LoadMIBs: D:\asdf\proxy\mib.txt
..........
rest is from doc/squid.txt
 
But i am getting :
"SNMPGET Problem for CacheHttpHits............on public at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
SNMPGET: Failed to reach target :"CacheHttpHtis.............."
I have checked every thing but could not figure it out.
Could anybody help me.
