[mrtg] Lost counters on NT4 follow up.

I have been trying to figure out the problem with the lost counters on NT
and i have found 2 files called perC009.dat & perfH009.dat that appear to be
directly related to the counters that are missing. The missing counters are
also not available in Performance monitor as a result. If i rename these
files and replace them with the *.BAK versions i end up with different
counters being unavailable. Does anyone happen to know anything about these
two files and how they fit into the picture?
