Hello Dear,
 
No its not working.
Before replacing SNMP_UTIL.PM it was returning 
"Received SNMP Response with error code"
After replacing, it returned :
SNMP Error: no response received

You'd better try to replace SNMP_util.pm in your mrtg directory
with already modified one that suits to monitor squid...
