[mrtg] rateup errors

I get the following error when running mrtg for the first time (and 
everytime there after) after creating the mrtg.cfg with cfgmaker.  The 
config file looks good.  No graphs are created but I do get log files and 
html files.  Were can I find docs on rateup errors?

  "rateup died from signal 4
with exit value 0 when doing router 144.92.102.143.101
code was 132 retcode was . "

mrtg 2.8.9-2
redhat 6.1
