[mrtg] Cisco/NT Config?

Does anyone have a working example of the scripts required to run MRTG on
Windows NT 4.0 to monitor the WAN traffic across a Cisco 3640 router?

I am trying to run MRTG-2.8.11 on NT4.0 SP5, but when I execute I get the
message...
    un\rateup'ute 'mrtg-2.8.11
before returning me to the command line.

Any help would be appreciated.
