[mrtg] RRDTool for Windows NT? Read on...

Hey all you!

A long time ago, I used DJGPP to compile rateup.c to rateup.exe for Windows
NT.  I strongly suspect you could compile RRDTool with it.

DJGPP is a FREEWARE C compiler (Unix port to Windows NT).  Check it out.
