[mrtg] Cisco 2600 Channelized E1

[Leif Neland]

cfgmaker seems to have no problems generating a cfg-file for channelized E1.
However, I can't get the router to open the line at all; the controller is just in reset state.

Is somebody running channelized E1 on cisco2600?
