[mrtg] proper computation

Guys, 
i have a problem regarding mrtg coz 
i have 128 k leased line and 64 k leased line connection. in mrtg.cfg i set
the MAXBYTES 128 k leased line to 16000 and the 64k leased to MAX BYTES
8000. But in the graph the 128 K it displays only 92k 
and 40 k in the 64 connection, is there a problem in the computation. or in
the configuration


any suggestion and recommendation
