[mrtg] rateup problem

The time/date was incorrectly set on one of my servers and now when mrtg
tries to run I get the following:


Rateup ERROR: .//rateup found users's log file was corrupt
          or not in sorted order:
time: 961897200.Rateup WARNING: .//rateup could not read the primary log
file for users
Rateup ERROR: .//rateup found that users's log file time of 964897502 was
greater than now (962900436)
ERROR: Let's not do the time warp, again. Logfile unchanged.



I've tried touching (Linux system) all the files and even removing the
.log files but I still get the message.  Is there a hidden file that
rateup uses or is there a way to correct this.  If not, I'm going to have
useless flatlined graphs until 07/29....
