If you use a script to call MRTG, add a few lines:
         rrdtool graph <etcetera>
In other words, just follow the examples in the docs where images are
created and start these commands from your script.

Alternatively, find out how your web server can create dynamic
content and start the rrdtool graph command from there.  This
does not *have* to be cgi ...
