This is just a guess, but have you tried Options : gauge ? I have a feeling you need this for the values you are trying to gather.

Subject: [mrtg] Monitoring Available Ram on NT

WE need monitor several OIDs on NT, 2 of them being Available ram and
Commited bytes. The OIDs are:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.1.1.0&.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.1.2.0

When I use snmpget I get teh right values, but MRTG returns things that
do not match, what other options must I use on MRTG? I tried using
Options : bits and have not yet labeled teh things corectly, but first I
would liek to get the nunbers right, any tips? thanks,
